Linkedin Competition Entry Terms & Conditions
- The promoter is iluminr Inc whose registered office is at 1644 Platte Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80202 USA (EIN 87-4339457) and Catalyst Technologies whose registered office is Level 2, 383 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia (ACN 622 816 559). The abovementioned companies will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
- The competition is open to persons who hold LinkedIn accounts only.
- One entry per person, per day is allowed.
- Employees of iluminr Inc, Catalyst Technologies Pty Ltd or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
- This competition is a game of chance.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The start time for entries is the date and time of a post detailing the competition made by iluminr on iluminr’s LinkedIn page (the “Competition Post”) (the “Start Time”). The closing time for entries is midnight (MST) on Monday, 22 May 2023(the “Closing Time”). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- To enter the Competition, an entrant needs to visit iluminr’s LinkedIn page and ‘comment’ on one or more of the the Competition Posts with an answer to the question contained in the Competition Post.
- 1 winner will be picked at random from all entries received between the Start Time and the Closing Time.
- The winner will receive a complete set of iluminr notebooks.
- The total prize pool is valued at $50 USD
- The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entrant’s LinkedIn account within 72 hours of the Closing Time. If a winner cannot be contacted in that time then an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
- Unless otherwise notified to the winners, the Prize will be delivered to the winners within 14 days of confirmation of the winner’s address for delivery of the Prize.
- The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation (of the entrant’s region), and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
