Working in the Risk and Resilience fields for over a decade, Marcus has an array of experience in working with organizations across all industry sectors to drive awareness and engagement in risk and resilience programs. Passionate about resilience and technology, Marcus is continuously collaborating with thought leaders both locally and abroad to innovate and drive the resilience discipline forward.

Paula Fontana leads marketing and communications initiatives to bring iluminr’s vision for resilience to life. With over 20 years of extensive marketing, product and operations experience, Paula has built a career on building innovative products and experiences for high-growth brands across industry-defining tech and services companies, globally.

With over 25 years in the Tech industry, Jim has spent the last decade helping banks and fintechs build omnichannel onboarding and servicing solutions, becoming an expert in Open Banking and contributing to the evolution of the CDR framework in Australia. He specializes in scaling startups, driving tech strategy, optimizing processes and leading delivery teams while balancing governance and innovation.

Ravinder is a tech visionary with 20+ years of experience in resilience, performance, and security. A proven team builder, he’s passionate about solving complex problems and driving innovation through AI-native teams. Outside of work, you’ll find Ravi immersed in CrossFit, adventure sports, or exchanging ideas with fellow founders.

Rachael Fisher is a dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager known for her strategic approach and custom solutions that drive client success.
