About the opportunity

iluminr is looking for an experienced Organisational Resilience professional who lives ‘outside the box’, thrives on challenging the status quo and can help us drive real performance for our customers’ resilience programs.

Each day you will leverage your subject matter expertise in Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Emergency Management to help our customers set meaningful resilience objectives and support the adoption of iluminr to supercharge resilience outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in creating ongoing value for our customers by authoring new microsimulations, influencing our product roadmap, and building relationships at all levels to evangelize our customers.

In this role, you will get to:

• Articulate value – help our client champions identify meaningful resilience objectives and create roadmaps to deliver outcomes that demonstrate the true impact of their program for the organization.
• Be the trusted advisor – work with our customer success team to actively support customer relationships at a strategic and tactical level to execute the iluminr success program and meet program objectives.
• Nurture and grow – Be accountable for delivering customer value that delivers customer retention and account growth.
• Be our resilience guru – Lead the development, testing and activation of Microsimulations for customers and our growing catalogue.
• Build the future – Actively contribute to iluminr’s innovative product roadmap, bringing to life new approaches to old problems – think gamified engagement, real-time BIAs, live playbooks.
• Be the voice – Actively contribute to iluminr’s thought leadership program, including articles, industry presentations, conferences and workshops.
• Be a team player – Support Account Executives as a subject matter expert in prospect meetings and work closely with marketing to assist in guiding product packaging and positioning.

We’re looking for people who have:

• A passion for organizational and/or operational resilience and a burning desire to progress the industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in business continuity, crisis management or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and engage at a strategic and tactical level.
• Strong experience in planning and facilitating a variety of scenario exercises.
• Experience managing or supporting governance frameworks, assessments, planning and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous contributions to industry thought leadership.
• A naturally curious mindset and a love of learning.
• A love of technology to improve outcomes and are digitally savvy.

Note: While you will work with a variety of international clients, this is not a consulting role and has no billable hours. Sounds like bliss!
