Cathy Miron is CEO of eSilo, a data protection and cybersecurity company. She is a speaker, trainer, and certified small business mentor helping businesses and municipal agencies prepare for cyberattacks and other IT mishaps, with the ultimate goal of minimizing the disruption they cause to their organization.
Before eSilo, Cathy spent 15 years at General Electric (GE) and worked extensively in their corporate IT audit and banking divisions before moving to GE headquarters as one of their chief technology officers.
Outside of work, Cathy is active in the South Florida business community and volunteers as a mentor for SCORE. She also serves on the Board of Directors for South Florida Tech Hub, and the Technology Advisory Committee for the 10th largest public school district in the US.

Karla Reffold

An experienced business leader and board advisor, Karla is passionate about values-led leadership and people development. Karla founded the international recruitment business, BeecherMadden in 2010 before it was acquired in 2017. In 2020 she joined Orpheus Cyber as COO. Orpheus are a threat intelligence company with a SAAS platform that helps organisations manage their own risk, and that of their third parties, with an easy-to-understand cyber risk score. Karla was included in SC Magazine’s Top 50 Women in Security in 2019. She was a finalist at the Women of the Future awards in 2016, for Entrepreneur of the Year, and a finalist in The Future Ladies Awards for Mentor of the Year in 2019.
