Call Hunt: Smart Team Escalation

The Solution: Call Hunt automatically escalates activation messages through your team’s predefined pathways until someone takes action.

Call Hunt works with your team’s escalation pathways, which you configure at the team level. When an incident occurs, simply toggle Call Hunt on when activating teams, and the system handles the rest – moving systematically through escalation levels until finding an available responder.
