The Big Resilience Reset
The Big Resilience Reset

Do you feel like your team has the attention span of a fruit fly in a farmer’s market?
Are you constantly being diverted to chase after your organization’s latest favorite cyber technology buzzword?
Are you struggling to explain why your cyber risk and resilience team is not jumping on the cyber blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), or artificial intelligence (AI) bandwagon?

If so, your team may be suffering from Shiny Object Syndrome (SOS), or one of its stealthy variants:

  • The Wild Goose Chase
  • The Shadow of Uncertainty
  • The Ship Without a Compass
  • The Game of Whackamole
  • The Spinning Hamster Wheel

From the chaos of constant research and analysis of new ideas to the unending uncertainty it introduces into the organization, Shiny Object Syndrome can hinder progress and affect your team’s resilient stance.

In this webinar, we will explore the concept of Shiny Object Syndrome and its detrimental impact on cyber resilience. You will learn how to prioritize the things that matter for your organization’s cyber success, including:

  • Understanding what’s most important for a robust cyber resilience program.
  • Applying practical strategies for keeping your organization focused on the fundamentals.
  • Implementing proven approaches to building cyber resilience muscle.

Date/Time:
Thu, May 4 2023 @ 3:00pm CT / 9:00pm BST
Fri, May 5 2023 @ 6:00am AEST /8:00am NZST

Duration:
45 minutes + 15 minutes Q&A

The industry’s most controversial webinar series, The Big Resilience Reset challenges the status quo by asking the big questions. Through raw, unfiltered discussions, this series breaks down business continuity, risk and resilience as we know it, and addresses what’s working, what’s not and what needs to change to move the discipline forward.
